Recently, the Museum of Danish America launched a Kickstarter campaign to help publish a book of recipes, photos, and essays relating to Scandinavian drinking traditions and heritage – specifically focusing on beer and aquavit. The book is the catalog for the upcoming national traveling exhibition, “Skål! Scandinavian Spirits.”
